In December 2011, the ICF Research Branch revived its Newsletter distribution. The Newsletter issued in English covers a wide range of topics including but not limited to updates on ICF Core Set development projects as well as other ICF research endeavors, efforts in operationalizing and implementing the ICF and reports on workshops and talks held at international scientific meetings. It also lists new publications of the ICF Research Branch in cooperation with the World Health Organization Family of International Classifications (WHO-FIC) collaborating centre in Germany (at DIMDI). The Newsletter is distributed twice a year, generally in June and December, via email; the email încludes a PDF of the Newsletter as well as a link to the Newsletter online.
